Security, privacy & terms

Last updated September 20, 2026. Current public release is sandbox-oriented and non-charge.

Security

MachinaLedger uses agent-bound credentials, least-privilege scopes, tenant isolation, deterministic idempotency, append-only evidence, policy decisions, rate limiting and secret-redacted operational telemetry. Real billing, payment processors, invoice issuance, production accounting posting, real-money execution and automatic database downgrade remain disabled.

Privacy

The platform processes workspace, agent, policy, event, evidence, usage and operational data required to provide the service. Structured telemetry excludes request bodies, authorization headers and raw secrets by design. Do not submit personal or confidential information unless necessary and lawful for your integration.

Early-access contact is optional and requires explicit consent. We keep only your email, consent version and submission/expiry times in a separate, deletable store to contact you about early access, without a newsletter subscription. Contacts expire after 30 days; the running service deletes expired contacts hourly and before startup. Retries do not extend retention. The form uses no cookies or analytics. Infrastructure logs and backups follow separate operational retention; this is not a promise of immediate erasure from backups.

Terms

MachinaLedger is currently offered as a sandbox and integration environment. Pricing is a preview. Do not use the service to violate law, bypass authorization, attack other systems or create misleading economic records. Validate sandbox output before statutory accounting, tax filing or regulated reporting.
